- HealthBuddy is a workout tracker app designed to help you manage and analyze your workouts.

- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app’s content.
5. Limitation of Liability
- HealthBuddy is provided on an „as is” and „as available” basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bartłomiej Żabicki Mobile Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
6. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.
- Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Cracow, Poland.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
- We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you via the app or email. Continued use of the app following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
